If you are currently working towards Quality Counts

NDNA understand your concerns about completing Quality Counts within the timescales required. As the length of this situation is unknown, we have agreed that settings working towards Quality Counts can currently have an extension to the 6 months achievement window.

You may be ready to apply for assessment and can still apply for assessment.  We will acknowledge this and during this time will carry out a review online. , However, we will not be undertaking any Quality Counts on site assessment visits or holding panel due to government social distancing guidelines. We will review government guidance and update you when this extended period will close.

If you have already achieved Quality Counts

All settings that are due for renewal will remain awarded throughout this period of uncertainty until everything gets back to normal and then we will be in contact you. If you have any queries or concerns please contact us.
